Motor Trend just recently did their speed tests with the 2009 Corvette ZR1. In those tests they found out the Corvette can go from 0-60 mph in 3.3 seconds. It does the quarter mile in 11.2 seconds at 124.4 mph. They were also able to get 1.1 lateral Gs out of a turn. Even funnier was the tests were conducted on Chrysler’s Arizona testing oval.
