I would have thought that responsible journalism would not have been so dismissive of peak oil and environmental disaster so as not to have come up with,

"...reducing gas consumption which is important to Trident.'

For your information, reducing or eliminating fossil fuel consumption is important to us all on planet Earth.

Some major changes = the web content is offline. Our new engine design needs more time. Gregg Hekimian is yet not building the 940 cubic inch. I'll get back to here when ready to present, with images and video :)

Perhaps I should add: it's much easier to speak about cars rather to drive one. There are many discussion online about the fastest street cars - which country, what regulations. No problem by spending 300-400k USD to produce a car that runs over 450km/h - also legal.

However, the often maintenance limits such goals. After our calculations is torque important to accelerate fast. So getting in ranges of 1.500 torque, not hp, will need more cubic inches and there starts the problem... next the fuel and injection etc. We found a current limit with a custom 900cid @ 2.500hp - 3.000hp that is daily drivable, till others may complain about sound...

Sorry haven't found time: the the first engine is being modified and can find at www.wandeegroup.com/pickup.html

It will be a 1,900 lbs car - complete carbon body and chrome chssis.

We also plan another car 900cid that is ca. 15.000cc can produce easy 3.000hp. To your info: Both cars are getting legal with all documents.

What determines a street-legal car depends on where you live. But mostly has to do with safety measures. For example turn signals, side mirrors, windshield, taillights, horn, etc. If you live in the US, check with your state inspection office to see what requirements are needed.

I do not understand the second part of your comment about the Veyron. Are you making a point that the Veyron is the fastest truly street-legal car?

Well that is a real stunner... don't like the design, but the engineering work on it.
There are many other cars suposed to be the world fastest street legal car on earth...very difficult to see which one. It runs on pump gas what makes it interesting... and it is fast.
I designed my own supercar over last two years and let it build: similar output and hopefully can top it to show off another no1 world fastest street legal car :-) joke.
I hope to hit the quarter in 6-7 sec @ 210mph + and can run over 260mph

I am not sure what was done with the suspension. They could have been playing with the boost or it could have been just a better launch.
